This Privacy Policy describes how REZONIX may process information while providing defensive cybersecurity functionality. Feature-specific notices and configuration should control where they provide more detail.
Information REZONIX May Process
REZONIX is a defensive cybersecurity application developed and operated by Micsycho Technology. Depending on the features that are installed, enabled, and used, REZONIX may process information needed to monitor, detect, investigate, or explain security activity.
The information may include device and operating-system information, application version, configuration information, security events, alerts, network metadata, IP addresses associated with security events, threat-intelligence indicators, diagnostic logs, crash or error information, and security telemetry. An explicitly enabled security feature may also process files, processes, or network activity when that processing is required for the feature to function.
The exact information processed depends on the REZONIX build, enabled features, local configuration, and the security environment in which it is used. This policy does not treat every category above as being collected or transmitted in every installation.
Local Processing
REZONIX may process information locally on the device where it is installed. Local processing can include examining device state, files, processes, network activity, or security signals when an enabled security feature requires it.
Information processed locally is not automatically transmitted to Micsycho Technology. Whether information leaves the device is determined by the relevant feature, configuration, and network request. Users and administrators should review the settings and notices provided with the applicable REZONIX feature.
Online Services and Network Requests
Some REZONIX functionality may require network requests. Depending on the feature, those requests may retrieve threat intelligence, security intelligence, Geo-IP or mapping information, application updates, or other data needed for an explicitly enabled integration.
A request may include the minimum technical or security context needed to obtain a result, such as an indicator, hostname, IP address, device or application version, or request metadata. Network behavior can vary by release and configuration. REZONIX does not represent that all functionality is available offline or that all security data remains on the device.
Specific provider names, request fields, and transfer locations may be provided in applicable feature documentation when they are confirmed for a release or deployment.
Third-Party Services
REZONIX may use external infrastructure or APIs for capabilities such as threat intelligence, Geo-IP intelligence, mapping, security intelligence retrieval, update delivery, or another explicitly enabled integration.
When a feature uses an external provider, the applicable feature documentation and provider terms should be reviewed for the information shared, purpose, processing location, and retention practices. External providers may process and retain information under their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
How Information Is Used
Information processed by REZONIX may be used to provide defensive security functionality, including monitoring, detection, alerting, investigation, analysis, threat-intelligence lookups, diagnostics, reliability improvements, updates, and support for explicitly enabled integrations.
Micsycho Technology does not use REZONIX security telemetry to build advertising profiles. REZONIX is not presented as an advertising product, and this milestone introduces no advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, fingerprinting, or new analytics.
Sale of Personal Information
Micsycho Technology does not sell personal information collected through REZONIX.
Data Storage and Retention
Information may be stored locally by REZONIX or processed by an online service when required by a feature. Storage and retention depend on the information type, enabled feature, local configuration, operational requirements, security requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
This policy does not state a fixed retention period. The applicable product configuration and implementation should control retention details, including deletion or rotation behavior where available.
Security
Micsycho Technology is designing REZONIX as a defensive cybersecurity application and applies reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and feature involved. Security controls can vary by release, deployment, device, and configuration.
No software or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Users and administrators remain responsible for maintaining supported systems, controlling enabled features, protecting credentials and access, and reviewing the security settings of connected services.
User Control
Users and administrators can control REZONIX processing through the features, permissions, configuration, and network controls made available by their installation. Disabling a feature or restricting network access may limit the related security capability.
Requests about information processed by a particular deployment should identify the REZONIX version, relevant feature, and operating environment when possible. Available controls and response options may depend on whether information remains local or is handled by an online service.
Children's Privacy
REZONIX is a defensive cybersecurity application and is not directed to children. Micsycho Technology does not knowingly design REZONIX to collect personal information from children for advertising or profiling.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child provided personal information through a REZONIX feature, they should use the verified Micsycho Technology privacy contact method published for the applicable release or deployment.
Legal Requirements
Micsycho Technology may process, preserve, use, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Micsycho Technology, or others; investigate abuse or security incidents; or enforce applicable terms.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Micsycho Technology may update this Privacy Policy when REZONIX changes, when processing practices are clarified, or when legal or operational requirements change. The effective date and last updated date at the top of this page identify the version currently published here.
Material changes should be communicated through appropriate product or website notices where required. Continued use of an applicable REZONIX feature after an updated policy takes effect is subject to the updated policy.
